I’m Paul, a freelance videographer in London with over 15 years of experience filming for businesses, agencies, production companies and organisations across the UK. I can work independently on smaller productions or join an existing crew when you need an experienced camera operator, lighting and sound support.

I film corporate interviews, branded content, events, product videos, presentations and promotional films. Depending on the production, I can provide multiple cameras, professional lighting, wireless and XLR audio, autocue and a range of lenses, with additional crew available when required.

Hiring a freelance videographer gives you the flexibility to build the production around the job. I can handle a project from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery, or simply take care of the filming when your producer, agency or internal team already has the rest of the production in place.

  • A freelance videographer can handle some or all of the video production process, depending on what your project requires. This can include camera operation, lighting, sound recording, directing and video editing.

    I’m often hired directly by businesses to manage a complete shoot, but I also work with agencies and production companies that simply need an experienced freelance camera operator to join their existing crew.

    For smaller productions, one videographer can often manage the filming, lighting and sound. Larger shoots may require additional camera operators, sound recordists or other crew, which I can arrange when needed.

  • The camera kit I use depends on the requirements of each production. For most shoots I bring professional cinema cameras, a range of lenses, lighting and sound equipment, with multiple cameras available when different angles are needed.

    For interviews and corporate filming, I can provide wireless lapel microphones, professional lighting and an autocue when required. For events, I can use longer lenses, stabilisation equipment and additional cameras to capture presentations, speakers and audience footage.

    I own a comprehensive range of professional video equipment, which means the filming setup can be tailored to the production rather than using the same kit for every shoot. Additional equipment and crew can also be arranged for larger productions.

  • I’m based in London and regularly work across Central London, Greater London and throughout the UK. I travel frequently for corporate shoots, events, interviews and other video productions, so I’m happy to film wherever your project takes place.

    For London productions, I can work at your offices, an event venue, a hired studio or another location. I also regularly travel outside London for shoots and can factor travel and any additional requirements into the quote.
