Star trails time lapse video

I’ve recently been learning how to shoot night sky time lapse videos after a client of mine got in touch and requested it for a film i’m shooting later this year. Last night I camped out in one of the darkest spots in Essex to capture a time lapse video of the Milky Way. The location was a perfect spot with little light pollution and I managed to capture some great images. To do night sky time lapse video properly is a very time consuming process and shooting five hours continuously only gives you between five and ten seconds of film. What the camera picks up is phenomenal though and far beyond what the human eye can see. I’m definitely going to start shooting these regularly when I find the time between other shoots.
